About the Program

Our Outdoor Living & Wellbeing Group supports adults living with Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injury to rebuild confidence and re-engage in everyday life.

Participants explore community environments, practise real-world skills, and connect with others who understand.

Who can Join?


Adults living with:

  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

Participants should:

  • Walk short distances (with or without aid)

  • Feel comfortable in a small group (1:3 ratio)

  • Be ready to get back into the community


Living Situations

Participants may live:

  • Independently

  • With family/carers

  • In Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes
