About the Program
Our Outdoor Living & Wellbeing Group supports adults living with Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injury to rebuild confidence and re-engage in everyday life.
Participants explore community environments, practise real-world skills, and connect with others who understand.

Who can Join?
Adults living with:
Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Participants should:
Walk short distances (with or without aid)
Feel comfortable in a small group (1:3 ratio)
Be ready to get back into the community
Living Situations
Participants may live:
Independently
With family/carers
In Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes
